The front desk receptionists are happy to schedule your appointments at a time that's convenient for you and can answer your questions regarding billing and orthodontic insurance.
Dr. Beck evaluates each patient at every appointment and determines the appropriate treatment. Once treatment is completed, the clinical orthodontic assistants escort the patients back out to the waiting area and review what was done with the parent. The orthodontic assitants are happy to answer any questions regarding treatment progress and Dr. Beck is always available to answer questions as well.
