Our goal is to provide excellent quality of care and service. We recognize the fact that orthodontic treatment is not inexpensive and do not want finances to be an obstacle to obtaining a beautiful smile. Your first appointment in our office, the initial consultation, is free of charge. If orthodontic treatment is needed, the cost varies depending upon the complexity and length of treatment as well as the type of braces chosen. The fee for your individualized treatment will be thoroughly discussed, and a payment plan established.
Payment Plans
We offer several payment plan options including in-office interest-free financing with an initial down payment and monthly payments spread out over the course of treatment; and third party financing with no initial payment and fixed monthly payments at low interest rates.
Beck Orthodontics uses the handy tool AutoPay. With AutoPay you can use either your checking/savings account or credit card account. You will never miss a payment deadline, never have a late fee, and save time and energy.
Insurance
Dr. Beck is a provider with most insurance companies. When you contact us to schedule your first appointment, we will request your insurance information. This will enable us to verify your orthodontic coverage and the benefit amount. Then, at your consultation appointment, we will know the amount of orthodontic benefits you should receive from your insurance company, and will figure this into your payment plan which allows for smaller monthly payments.
Once treatment begins, we will file your insurance claim directly from our office to expedite payment. When insurance coverage changes or if there is more than one insurance company involved, we will file the appropriate documention to coordinate the benefits. Dr. Beck's office accepts assignment of benefits from most major insurance carriers. Patients are not required to continually complete reimbursement forms.
